1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message. We process it solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct the resulting correspondence — that is, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling business communication, or, where the enquiry leads to a contract, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your message.

3. Analytics without cookies

This website uses Simple Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track visitors across websites. For this reason the site displays no cookie banner. Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics (page views, referrers, browser type) are the only information collected.

4. Recipients of data

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our mailbox by Resend (Resend, Inc.), which acts as a processing subcontractor. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc.). Both providers process data under agreements incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where transfers outside the EEA occur.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than permitted by applicable statutes of limitation.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
